Pearland is soon to be home to a new hotel – the Candlewood Suites Pearland – opening March 23, 2010 at 9015 Broadway.

The newest hotel will be within minutes of the Houston Hobby Airport, Texas Medical Center and Downtown Houston, and within walking distance of many local, great tasting restaurants. This convenient location will offer 76 rooms in the three-story building, providing Pearland visitors a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Each room is larger than an average hotel room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed internet, an overstuffed recliner and movie library. These rooms will be more affordable than corporate apartments and offer amenities like free laundry and fitness, as well as a fully stocked Candlewood Cupboard serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with refreshments.

The project will be completed by general contractor ARA Associates Inc. and Noman Qamar, President and CEO of Integrated Hotel Solutions Inc is in charge of the project. They are confident that through the planning, design and location this will be “the perfect home away from home” for visitors to the Pearland area.
