New Models, Collections Now Open in Lakes of Savannah

Two new models and new collections of homes are now open in Lakes of Savannah. Lennar and Brighton have new decorated models open for touring daily.

Lennar is introducing its Texas Reserve Collection in Lakes of Savannah, which is represented by a brand new model. The two-story model displays the long list of impressive features and appointments included in all homes in Lennar’s Texas Reserve Collection. Featuring an open leading to both the foyer and kitchen and overlooking the family room the Topaz plan includes four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and a two-car detached garage. The design showcases and island kitchen, private downstairs master suite, spacious bedrooms and a game room that is designed as a media room.

Priced from the $220,000s to the $250,000s, Lennar’s Texas Reserve Collection offers one- and two-story homes ranging in size from 2,707 to 3,427 square feet. Highlighting every home is an impressive list of included features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances that includes a side by side refrigerator, oil rubbed bronze light fixtures, cast stone fireplace surround, ceramic tile flooring, two-inch faux wood blinds on all operable windows, a sprinkler system, a security alarm system with keypad and the Energy Star energy efficiency package.

Brighton Homes has opened its Captiva model in Lakes of Savannah. The traditionally styled home offers an impressive design and features that include a private study in the rear of the home which may be converted into an optional fifth bedroom, a large kitchen and breakfast nook that offers access to the covered back porch, a large formal dining room off the foyer, a second floor master suite three spacious secondary bedrooms.

The home has 2,308 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. Homes in this collection are priced from the low $160,000s.

In addition to Lennar and Brighton, Lakes of Savannah offers homes by J. Patrick Homes. Prices range from the $140,000s to the $300,000s. Developed by Friendswood Development Company, Lakes of Savannah features lakes, parks, a soccer field and a central recreation center.
