The landscape of the Highway 6 corridor will soon see an abundance of retail shopping and dining.

Plans have been announced for a Kroger anchored retail shopping center located at the intersection of the Ft. Bend Tollway and Hwy 6 Ft. Bend Town Center will feature a 103,000 sq ft Kroger's grocer store along with other numerous retail tenants, including Wachovia and Chase Banks. Site developed by New Quest Properties.

HEB has also announced plans to begin construction of a new store located at Sienna Parkway and Highway 6. Estimated opening late 2008/early 2009.

The recent opening of Pearland Town Center has put major retail and restaurants just minutes from home for residents in Lakes of Savannah. The center, which includes such major stores as Macy’s, Dillard’s and Barnes and Noble, offers an impressive list of stores from the nation’s most sought after retailers.
